Returns Policy - What can be returned?

Firstly, if there's an issue with your order, our apologies! We'll do our best to fix it ASAP!
Items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty/incorrect print may be returned.
Please note, we cannot accept returns after 14 days of receipt of purchase.
We also cannot accept items that have noticeable wear, smells or makeup stains.

 

In the unlikely event you're unhappy with your order please follow these instructions to return:

Once we received this we'll organise a replacement or refund for you if the order meets our user agreement/return policy. You may be required to return the product back to Jungle Merch HQ.

Please note, we do not refund or exchange for errors in approved proofs, errors from non 'print ready' artwork, shipping or stock delays or if the customer chooses the wrong garment size.
Heads up! Sizing measurements online are within (+-)1.5cm, outside of this is determined as faulty. Print dimension / print placement measurements are within (+-)2cm, anything outside of this is faulty. Proof approval is essential and your approval is required before we print any job. 

Please ensure that your artwork, quantities and shipping details are correct before payment is made. We do not accept returns for errors made by any of our courier partners when we have dispatched to the correct address.
