Returns policy
Please be assured we are fully committed to promptly addressing and resolving any issues that may arise.
Items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty/incorrect print may be returned. Please note: we cannot accept returns after 14 days of receipt of purchase. We also cannot accept items that have noticeable wear, smells or makeup stains.
In the unlikely event you're unhappy with your order, please follow the following instructions to return. Email us at info@ethicaltees.com.au with:
- Date of your purchase
- Order number
- What you'd like to return
- Why you want to return it
- A photo highlighting the fault/damage
Once we received this, we'll organise a replacement or refund for you if the order meets our user agreement/return policy. You may also be required to return the product back to Ethical Tees HQ.
We do not refund or exchange for errors in approved proofs, errors from non 'print ready' artwork, shipping or stock delays, or if the customer chooses the wrong garment size.
